Sthabiso Madondo, the founder of SBE Developments, brings over twenty years of experience, including his tenure as Managing Director of ESDA. Under his leadership, ESDA trained over 2,500 unemployed individuals in leadership, apprenticeships, internships, and bursary management, achieving an 80% qualification rate. Mr. Madondo also serves on the boards of several organizations, including the University of Technology and Further Education and Training Institutions.
